Spanish translations

Ester is doing a great job keeping Mrs. S clean and keeping the room and kitchen clean. I only see her on Saturday mornings. I do leave her notes daily telling her what to feed them. I have to translate them using an online Spanish translator.

We trust that the translator does pretty good however last week cool whip didn't translate very good - She really didn't know what I meant. When I entered potato pancakes, she served them leftover grits from breakfast. Last Friday I had cooked small meatloaves. She unfroze some pork cooked with peppers and a red wine glaze and when I got home he told me the meatloaf was tough. I couldn't understand until I found the pork on the stove. I can't even imagine how bad a cook he must have thought I was when expecting meatloaf and getting pork tenderloin.

This week making boxed macaroni and cheese was a challenge so he had to help her learn to make it. Most meals are 'heat and eat'. Thank goodness for a FoodSaver!
